VIROSOLUTION is a finishing technology effective against the main types of virus, also including Coronavirus, thanks to a chemical-textile combination it allows to kill bacteria and help to destroy viruses in few minutes through a brand new, patent-pending technology, combining:
- silver-based technologies which generate an antiviral and antibacterial effect. Small silver particles activate antiviral reactions by attracting viruses and permanently binding them to their sulfur groups;
- technology of the fatty vesicle (Liposomes) as an accelerator that destroys viruses by depleting the viral membrane of its cholesterin content.
This treatment is suitable to upholstery, drapery, contract sector, hotels, cruise ships and domestic, and can be applied to all fabrics and velvets of Viganò Spa, both in terms of structure and composition, protecting the hand and the original colors.
The chemical-textile combination at the base of VIROSOLUTION treatment has been carefully tested for the safety of people, for whom it has been considered as dermatologically non-irritating, harmless to the skin and body. It is also environmentally sustainable. From the first tests the fabrics maintain the technical antiviral characteristics even after 30 washes at a mild temperature.
The new technology HeiQ Viroblock NPJ03, used in the treatment VIROSOLUTION, is certified ISO 20743, ISO 18184, AATCC 100 tests.
